ok i just got an ariza extreme it was good for about a week and then it crashed, i knew that it would happen but not that fast., so what i would really like to know is step by step if someone can about how to fix my dish. i don't know anything about it.... thank you very much

I'm the wrong one to advise you, I've got a FTA on order and haven't started yet. However, have you tried reloading your files? And if you could give a little more info on what you've done and what exactly happened, it would help those "in the know" provide you with a more accurate possible solution.
