Needing help as usual !

I have a coolsat 6000 I have entered new keys but still nothing! Can someone please tell me if the new bin file is srewed up or what and if the autoroll is on or off Please and thank you!

I also down loaded the latest bin file 145 should I re do it because nothing seems to be working. I really do apreciate all your help and Im still very new to this so can someone give me much needed advice! And is this the proper place to be posting these types of questions?

You need to enter the new keys and make sure that the autoroll is turned off, til a new bin comes out.
